Further Pictures from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic Party US Legislators

Property layouts for the financier's secluded tropical island included in the photographs.

Furthermore included in this latest document drop appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by building residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

Visible on the blueprint is a channel, a waterway in the territory, marked on the south-eastern section.

The architectural drawing is covered in red pen markings and includes a key identifying various areas of the estate.

In addition to this are what look to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for marina coverings.

Additional materials made public as part of the ongoing oversight disclosure.
